Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or order confirmation email must be presented/included.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotional events, or seasonal discounts.
- Custom-made, bespoke, or altered garments tailored specifically to your measurements.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer). For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via digital wallet or bank transfer as per your preference.
